Brief Review of Hotel Bennett's Dining Options and Spa

View from Fiat Lux Rooftop

What's up loves? So if you follow me on Instagram, you probably saw a post from the other night about a fun gathering I was lucky to attend with some AMAZING Charleston bloggers. So first, thank you again to Hotel Bennett and Polished Pig Media for including me in this great evening; was so wonderful. Okay, now I wanted to take a minute to share my thoughts on their spa and dining options.

For our first stop was the gorgeous

Bree & me having The Swindler cocktail at Fiat Lux

rooftop bar Fiat Lux. Here, we got to chill and chat while enjoying yummy cocktails and appetizers; and of course all while taking in the beautiful view of downtown Charleston. My drink recommendation: their signature cocktail called The Swindler which is Belvedere Wildberry Vodka, Combier Triple Sec, Simple Syrup, Fresh Lemon Juice, Activated Charcoal. It's so light and just refreshing! So yummy! Bree and I loved it. :) I have to be honest, the food looked super good, but I didn't try it here. Although, others did mention it was very good. Oh and don't want to forget, they have a beautiful rooftop pool for hotel and spa guests which offers cabana service during day and then at night, the pool along with bottle service is open to all. Ummmm...if you need me you can find me right here. :)

After Fiat Lux, we headed down for a sneak peek at their luxury Day Spa, which I mean let's be honest, you had me at luxury spa? ;) Seriously, beautiful and I only saw the retail sections. As soon as we walked in, I felt relaxed and it smelled amazing. The spa has five treatments rooms, relaxation area, manicure/pedicure studio and fitness center. They also provide wellness services that include restorative facials and deeply rejuvenating signature massages. I already told my mom and sister we are planning a girls weekend here this spring.

Next, we dropped in on La Pâtisserie the hotels very on bakery. Can I just wow! Smelled amazing and everything looked delicious. Plus, it's so pretty! Seriously, the lighting fixtures and even the floor are so cute! Can't wait to go back and have a pastry with a cappuccino then hit the spa. :)

After La Pâtisserie we then headed on to enjoy some more amazing cocktails and appetizers from the hotel's fabulous fine dining restaurant Gabrielle. As soon as we arrived at the bar, we were greeted with a fun presentation of how they create the Classic Whisky sour. Then we hung out and sipped cocktails, ate tasty appetizers all while chatting with their Executive Chef Michael Sichel who was so nice. I can't wait to go to dinner with my husband here soon.

Last but definitely not least, we finished the evening at Camellias their AMAZING Champagne Bar. I have to tell you, this is a bloggers dream room; it is so beautiful! Plus, the drinks and deserts are to die for. A few of us have already decided to have another girls night here ASAP.

Okay well, to sum up it was great evening and I definitely recommend checking out the Hotel Bennett whether you are a Charleston local or visitor; I know I will be there again soon. Oh and this is not a sponsored post; I was a guest at the event, but I did not have to write this post.

Cheers!!!
